Went to Juju Hot Pot at PoMo yesterday after the last paper on Jia Huey’s recommendation.

The portions are HUGE. Seriously! Take a look at the group pic to compare the serving size.

And there’s greater news! Udders is opening a new branch near Beauty World! I swear I’m going to jio more people to go eat ice cream there once it’s open on July 1st!

Late nights

It’s certainly not easy being Yr 3. FIVE common tests and FIVE projects this semester. And FOUR exams. The last time I had four exams was in Year 1.

MFS quiz on Monday was pretty much a goner for everyone. A bit biased to those who presented on that topic ah.

Investments today… Oh well. What can I say? It’s the perfect example of how irrelevant MCQs can get to what is supposed to be tested.

At least there’s time for me to study for the remaining three next week. I just hope that the 0809 peeps don’t go out till after 3AM for the two consecutive nights. And btw, pictures for the two nights will be up on fb by Thursday okay =)

Oh, I also just can’t wait for the camps that are going to happen right after exams. Since when have I liked camps so much? 2 BFS camps and Society camp. Add on the projects, and the break is pretty much burnt.

Finally, just giving a plug to The Shareen & Joe Show. Used to listen to them in the mornings on Power98 until recently. Well, the podcast concept is better in a sense that there’s no ads. HAHA. But you’ll get lost after awhile if you don’t download and listen to the podcasts almost every day.

Updates

Was at Pulau Ubin last week. Cycled till butts were sore. And I’m not posting pictures here cos we look really hideous. They’re on FB if you wanna see them though.

This week went pass without doing anything much as well. And we have devised a way to ensure that tutorials are completed no matter how busy/lazy we are. Not going to say what is it here as well. Only project mates will know.

And our Thursday leisure club took a break this week cos there’s some project deadlines that others have to meet. Was planing to clear up my room on Thursday but guess what, the laptop charger had to break down on Wednesday evening. Since it was rather urgent that I get it replaced (cos next week is e-learning week), had to waste a few hours waiting at Acer Service Centre on Thursday and didn’t clean up in the end. (And my mom is nagging at me now to get it cleaned.)

Oh, and next week is e-learning week?! How fast. There’s quiz and common test for every single module that I’m taking this sem. It’s time to hit the books! And what have I been doing the whole day? Just watching shows and sleeping. TSK. But the pilot episode of Glee is nice! You should watch it.

Surprised Lynette before her birthday ended last night with a cake made by Royston (with help from Zi Yi’s mom. Hah)

And I think I’m just rambling nonsense now. Needa go see what I needa do for elearning week so I shall end it here.
