So many events occured the past two weeks. So let’s start from last Friday with Timo and Aaron’s choir concert!
It’s become more of an annual affair now. But I still prefered last year’s because it presented in a musical style.
We walked over to Esplanade after the concert to have our dinner/supper. They have this wishing tree over there. We had wanted to write on the spheres and put them on the river but they ran out of them. 
Went to Ikea the next day to get Christmas presents. It was supposed to be a quick get-what-you-need-have-lunch-and-go shopping but it turned out to be a four hours mission. HAH.
So many distractions there that it took so long for us to get what we wanted.
And in the evening, Society was mobilised to help out for danzation 08. Got extra help from Ming Kai, Cheryl and Waicheong.
A 3 hours concert that stretched till 1030pm or 11. We then went to KAP to have our supper.
Caught Yes Man on Tuesday with some of the guys SCOs and the president. Everyone had to stress over what to get for their “mortal” for our Secret Santa game. We then hanged out at our favourite tau huey shop after the movie.
Christmas eve was spent on making presents for Charissa and Cheryl. Made a flower pot ice cream and a notebook for each of them. I think it’s super nice. But there are still imperfections. Oh well, first time doing it, and must have some imperfections then can be considered DIY what!
Countdown party at Charissa’s house with them! The countdown was super funny. Because someone decided to break a glass at about 11 50pm, it caused panic and all of us went to help to clean up until like 11 58. And when we took our time to walk out the house to the field, it was already 12. -,-
Heh, this oil lamp is from Qaiser. Damn cute luh. Will there be a genie in it? I need my magic carpet as well…

Drinking session started at about 1am. And we slept at 7am which was kinda crazy. I went home to bathe at around two in the afternoon and immediately went out to meet the Usuals on Christmas day!
We went to Botanic Gardens (nice foliage there!) for our second picnic of the year. And this time, it was without disturbance from the swans!
Genevieve’s mom makes the AWESOM-EST food EVERYTIME! Both the gingerbread (without ginger but spices, haha!) and the log cake are made by her, and it’s FAN-TAS-TIC!!
Carbo-rich and good food was also contributed by the rest! The potato salad was amazing. Thanks Timo and Alethea. “German Shepherd’s” pie was not bad as well. Heh.
We sat close to where we were previously, Eco lake. And after the picnic, we walked from one end to the other end of the Botanic Gardens. From Bukit Timah to Cluny Road.
Realised we were going the wrong direction when we were in the middle of the garden. So what the heck, walked all the way to the end to take picture with the pretty gate. 
Took a bus to Island Creamery after that.
